The purchase prices stated above are non-refundable. All deposits are Non-refundable (unavailability of sex, color, quality, requested is only exception.)
 
______ Limited AKC Registration (Companion Only) This dog/puppy is being sold with Limited registration. This means that the AKC can not register any offspring from this dog/puppy. This dog/puppy is for the sole purpose of being a family companion and not for breeding. This dog/puppy can be shown in AKC non-conformation events such as (obedience, agility, and tracking, ect.)

The health of the above referenced Dog/puppy is warranted for 72 hrs( unless other arrangements have been made) in which the purchaser is advised to have dog/puppy examined by a licenced veterinarian against any immunized disease for which the breeder has obtained such immunization with the exception of parvo virus and heartworms.
 
The health of the above referenced dog/puppy is warranted against genetic disease which by determination of a licensed veterinarian would lead to the euthanization of said dog/puppy before 24 months of age. Exclusions From Warranty: This warranty will be null and void in the following instances: (1) for any nutrition related diseases(OCD,HOD, Panosteitis, ect.), (2) Bloat(gastric torsion) (3) if you do not Spay or Neuter your dog/puppy by 8-10 months of age if Limited AKC Registration
 
Terms of replacement: In the event the euthanization of the above referenced dog/puppy, before 24 months of age, is deemed to be in the best interest of the animal by a licensed veterinarian because of the development of a genetic disease not to include demodectic mange or any nutrition related disease as specified above in warranty. The said dog/puppy will be replaced, with one of same or similar quality from the breeder's next available litter. All veterinarian costs and shipping, and delivery associated herein shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
 
Purchaser(s) Responsibility: Purchaser acknowledges herein responsibility for maintaining the dog/puppy in a healthy, clean and safe environment for the dog’s lifetime. Purchaser further acknowledges responsibility for any and all appropriate medical care that is necessary for maintaining the health and welfare of the said dog (vaccinations, heartworm prevention, deworming, flea control, ect)
 
PLACEMENT OF THE DOG /PUPPY WITH THIRD PARTIES: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THE DOG/PUPPY TO BE SOLD, GIVEN, PLACED, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFERRED TO ANYONE NOT A PARTY OF THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT THE EXPRESS PERMISSION OF THE BREEDER.
In the event such a transfer occurs without the said permission of the breeder, and if the breeder determines that the dog has been placed in an unfit environment , the purchaser shall be held responsible for any attorney fees, court costs and other expenses(not limited to rescue and boarding fees) incurred by the breeder in the recovery of the said dog/puppy.
 
Return of dog/puppy to breeder: if due to circumstances beyond the control of purchaser the said dog/puppy must be returned to the breeder. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS. In addition the purchaser shall bring a health record and return the AKC registration papers being signed over to the breeder.
